Cancellations and Returns

We realise that in some circumstances you may wish to cancel an order prior to delivery or return item(s) once received we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. Subject to our Terms and Conditions (Item 11) which can be viewed in the “Information" section of our website.

To cancel an order or to organise a return, you must first get authorisation from our Customer Service team. To do this, please send written confirmation either by email to service@heathergorringe.com or by post to our address listed below.

We request you provide and confirm the following, as applicable:

- Order Number
- The Date your item(s) were received
- Which item(s) you wish to return
- Confirmation that your goods are unused and have not been installed
- And that the item(s) are in original product packaging.

Please note there are certain situations where you cannot cancel your order or return item(s).

For example, items that have been custom made such as half-height shower doors, or for health and hygiene reasons products such as toilet seats. And any items you have requested we procure especially for you that are not on our web site.

This is made clear on all our Product Pages where items are non-returnable. And in Our Terms and Conditions which are also accessible via a link in your order confirmation, sent to your email address provided.
